4 Bears Casino was opened in 1993 and was one of the first Casinos to open in North Dakota. It is on the Fort Berthold Reservation run by the Three Afflilated Tribes.

4 Bears bridge was named after two great Indian Chiefs, a Mandan & a Hidatsa who bore the same name. It crosses Lake Sakakawea on the way to 4 Bears Casino. The original bridge was built in 1955 and rebuilt in 2005.
